libevs4 software package provides Standards-based cluster framework, Evs library, you can install in your Debian 8 (Jessie) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libevs4
libevs4 is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libevs4 package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libevs4 *
You will get with libevs4 package name, version, architecture and description in a table
